Why do infections always start at the worst possible time?

Has anyone noticed that infections always hit at the worst timing? Like right before a busy week or during weekends when you can’t even consult properly.

I had a situation recently where I started feeling symptoms on a Saturday, ended up taking random meds just to manage, and only later switched to proper treatment like Zylomox 500mg amoxicillin capsules after things didn’t improve much.

Now I’m thinking—did delaying proper treatment make it worse?

Because it felt like recovery took longer than usual.

Do you guys think timing actually affects how well bacterial infection treatment with amoxicillin works? Or is it just about the medicine itself?

Curious if others have had similar weekend treatment issues.
