What to do when your Gmail accounts get blocked?

Guys, just had a bunch of my Gmail accounts suspended all at once. I was emailing clients and split it up across several accounts thinking it'd stay under the radar. Didn't matter, it flagged all of them anyway and now they're all locked. Any way to actually get them back, and how do you even run email campaigns without getting hit like this every time?

Google's been cracking down on this kind of thing across the board lately, not just for mass sends. Multiple accounts hitting the same list from the same IP is basically a trip wire at this point, their filters catch it pretty fast. Each account needs its own appeal filed separately, and Google's tight-lipped about the specifics so don't expect a clear explanation of what triggered it. For future sends, the infrastructure itself matters a lot more than how many accounts you throw at it.

Their filtering's gotten a lot smarter about spotting these patterns, and what used to fly under the radar just doesn't anymore. The annoying part is there's no single obvious fix, it's a bunch of things working together that either get you flagged or don't. Worth reading up on what to do when your gmail account is suspended or banned for no reason and how to avoid it here https://gologin.com/blog/gmail-account-suspended/ . Covers both the recovery side and what to change going forward so you're not dealing with this again. Worth going through before you touch anything account-related.
