From what I’ve seen (and experienced), doxycycline is pretty commonly used when acne is linked with bacterial infection.
I personally tried a 100mg version similar to Doxycin 100mg, and it helped reduce both breakouts and inflammation over time.
What stood out is that it doesn’t just treat the surface — it works internally, which is why results feel more stable.
Again, not recommending self-use, but definitely something doctors seem to rely on for these cases.
