I would love to see Jimi Hendrix or The Doors I also think Led Zeppelin would be pretty good ...

I have to say, those are all great bands, but my first choice would be LZ!

There are so many for me, but certainly, Led Zeppelin, Rush (again), Gerry Rafferty, Heart, Chic and Nile Rodgers (again), and so many more.
