One-handed mobile gaming — what are the best UI layouts?

Hey mobile gamers. I do about 90% of my casual online gambling on my smartphone while standing in crowded subway cars during my morning commute. Because of this, game layout is everything to me. I absolutely despise games that force you into landscape mode or have microscopic buttons where you accidentally click the wrong thing and ruin your whole bet. I need something with a clean portrait layout, huge responsive inputs, and an interface that can be comfortably operated with just one thumb while holding onto a handrail with the other. Any solid recommendations for instant casino arcades with perfect mobile UI?

I am in the exact same boat, subway gaming requires a very specific type of interface design lol. You should check out https://froggerjump-game.com The developers built this crash game specifically with a mobile-first philosophy. When you load it in a mobile browser, it automatically formats into a beautiful vertical layout. The best part is the massive "Cash Out" button — it’s positioned perfectly right at the bottom of the screen where your thumb naturally rests in portrait mode. You can watch the frog hop across jungle platforms and secure your multiplier instantly with a single light tap. No clunky navigation, no tiny menus, and it runs flawlessly without lagging your phone. It's my absolute favorite game for tight spaces.
