I was going through some old Hindi typing material recently and noticed that a lot of it still uses KrutiDev fonts, especially KrutiDev 010.
The tricky part for me was finding a reliable krutidev 010 font download and then getting it to work properly across different devices. Even after installing it, the text only shows correctly on systems where the font is available, which makes sharing content online a bit frustrating.
Most of the time, when I paste it into websites or send it to someone, it turns into unreadable characters. From what I understand, this happens because KrutiDev isn’t Unicode-based.
Lately, I’ve been converting the text into Unicode before using it anywhere online, and that seems to fix the issue completely.
Is anyone else here still working with KrutiDev fonts?
Or have you all switched to Unicode for good?
