Guys, I've been thinking about buying an apartment in Dubai. It seems like a lot of people are picking up property there these days, the quality of life is really good and the taxes are nothing like what we deal with here in the US. I'd love to grab a place there too. Is there any way to start looking at options without actually flying out to Dubai just yet?

What's the point of browsing photos on some real estate website? They'll show you everything at its absolute best. When you actually fly out there to take a look, it could turn out to be nothing like what you saw. So I wouldn't bother and just go check things out in person.

What's wrong with scoping out a few options online before flying anywhere? It makes things a lot easier when you already have a rough idea of what you're walking into. Check out apartments for sale in Dubai here: https://atvir.com/uae/residential-complexes/apartments . Get a feel for the prices, floor plans, location. Then fly out and take a look in person at the ones that caught your eye.
