    Most Memorable Concerts You've Attended

I saw them at the Forum in Los Angeles after he passed. His son did a very good job stepping in for him.

Question of the Day: If you could attend a live performance by any 60s, 70s, 80s, or 90s artist, who would it be?

@DOG What do you and Renee1366 think about his earlier years?

We can only hope his vocal chords fully recover and he can tour again later this year.

While obviously not the original line up, I did get to see Lynyrd Skynyrd this past summer in Atlanta!

What was the epic lineup of the best rock festival you've ever attended?

That sounds like an amazing concert!

    Indie music

Hi Eliza, you will find Indie mixed into our different playlists, for example, "The Seattle Scene" for the 90's. In addition, we always are open to putting more artists into our playlists and, if you have blog or video ideas for us on artists you love, let us know and we will definitely look at...

Great choices! What would be your top ten play lists for those concerts?

If you could time travel to any iconic music festival from the past which one would it be?

US festival for sure, and likely the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival. I might want to see a few acts (Santana) at Woodstock, but so many other festivals were better organized and had great line ups.

What was the epic lineup of the best rock festival you've ever attended?

I would not call it a festival as it was one of Richard Blade's one night compilation concerts at the MicroSoft in DTLA, but among the bands playing were Wang Chung, Flock of Seagulls, MC Hammer, Josie Cotton, Violent Femmes, Dramarama, Big Country (obviously without the lead singer who has...

What songs would not be nearly as good without a Saxophone component?

I should have thought of that one, as it was from "The Call" before even the movie, and I love that band!

What was the first cassette/vinyl you owned?

You are definitely a bit younger than me, although my mom had 8 tracks, I never did. I had vinyl and than cassettes. Purple Rain and Madonna's like a Virgin were both coming out in my first year of college, if memory serves.

    Old School Dungeon and Dragons

Perhaps as an "Older Dude" I actually don't know some of the ones you mentioned, ie, "Monster of the Week" and "Blades in the Darkness," but now I have to go look them up. Have you ever heard of Arduin Grimoire, Rune Quest, and Chivalry and Sorcery?

What songs would not be nearly as good without a Saxophone component?

Exactly. It is a great instrument that really adds something different to every song it is in. Hell, I bet we can both think of some songs that don't have it but should!
